Managing demolition, rebuilding, and finish installation across three bathrooms.
This Palm Beach Gardens residence had three bathrooms scheduled for renovation. The larger primary bathroom required a broader scope, while the other two bathrooms were smaller but received the same coordinated demolition and rebuilding approach.
Existing bathroom finishes and components were removed so the spaces could be rebuilt around the homeowner's selected materials. The customer supplied the finish materials, including the tile selections, fixtures, and other visible components used in the completed rooms.
Two field crews totaling three people coordinated the work across the three spaces. The project was planned for approximately three weeks. Completion extended by about one week while the team waited for delivery of the specific tile selected by the homeowner, allowing the requested design to be completed rather than substituting a different product.
Demolition debris and construction waste generated by our work were collected and hauled away throughout the project. No construction debris was left for the homeowner to dispose of. As with a renovation of this size, fine construction dust can remain after the trade work and may require detailed post-construction cleaning.
