Project Summary
Addressing exterior wall damage in a demanding coastal landscape.
The backyard of this Boca Raton home includes low stucco garden and planter walls positioned beside the pool deck, mature palms, shrubs, and paved walkways. Over time, visible cracking and surface deterioration developed in multiple wall sections.
The location presented several contributing conditions: expanding roots and mature landscaping were close to the walls, while the waterfront environment exposed the surfaces to moisture, sun, rain, wind, and salt-laden coastal air. These conditions can place continuing stress on exterior masonry and stucco finishes.
The crew identified loose, cracked, and deteriorated areas and prepared the affected surfaces for repair. Damaged sections were opened and stabilized as needed, repair material was applied to rebuild the affected profiles, and the new work was blended into the surrounding wall surfaces.
Two technicians completed the repairs in approximately one and a half days. The work restored the appearance of the garden walls around the pool and landscaped areas while retaining the existing wall layout, brick caps, plantings, and surrounding pavers.
